BUT… we have some protocols in place that must be adhered to for the safety and well-being of our team & you…
AND… so that we can continue to look after your pets:
1. When you call or arrive at the practice, our team will ask you about your health status - please do not be offended and please be honest.
2. Only one person per pet may enter the practice.
3. Upon arrival into our car park, please do not come inside. Please phone us on 6555-2555 and we will advise you what to do next, depending on the reason for your visit.
If necessary, we may be able to do some consultations via phone or video. And we can deliver medications and food, where essential.
At Sweet Pea Animal Hospital & Rescue, we are implementing measures to hopefully help slow the spread of the disease, to ensure our medical system can cope. We are very grateful for your patience and understanding during this time.
We’re open Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 12 pm. We also operate a 24-hour emergency service. Please call to make an appointment or drop in any time and speak with reception.
