Ian

I am the opposite to aloof!

🐾 Ian’s Personality

Ian is a bold, affectionate boy who lives for human connection. He’s not aloof—he’s present, loving, and always ready for a cuddle. Volunteers describe him as gentle, handsome, and emotionally devoted. He’d choose affection over playtime every single day.

🏡 Ian’s Ideal Forever Home

Ian would thrive in a home where he’s cherished as a companion. He’s not interested in chasing birds—in fact, he shares his food with them! He’s best suited to someone who wants a cat that’s always nearby, offering love and loyalty. As with all of our rescue cats, Ian must be an INDOOR ONLY cat!

🛟 Ian’s Rescue Story

Ian arrived at a kind woman’s home in Laurieton with an injured eye and a sweet disposition. She cared for him deeply but couldn’t commit long-term. Her determination led Ian to Sweet Pea, where he’s become a staff and volunteer favourite.

🩺 Ian’s Medical History

Ian had entropion, a condition where the eyelid turns inward, causing severe discomfort and potentially permanent damage. Thankfully, he’s had corrective surgery and recovered wonderfully. He’s desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, and treated for fleas, ticks, and intestinal worms.
