✨ Bagel’s Personality

Bagel is a sweet, affectionate, and loving little guy with a heart full of warmth. Calm, quiet, and patient, he adores snuggling and thrives on companionship. He walks beautifully on a leash, is toilet-trained, and delights in being close to his humans. While he hasn’t had much socialisation with other dogs, Bagel is accepting of some and shows signs of reactivity with others. With time, confidence, and gentle guidance, we believe this will improve.

🏡 Bagel‘s Ideal Forever Home

Bagel has grown up in a single-human household but is currently enjoying life in a family foster home. He’s wonderful with the teenagers of the house, shadows mum whenever she’s home, and soaks up every ounce of love and attention he can. Bagel would flourish in a home that is calm and not too chaotic, where he can be included in family life and receive plenty of affection. He longs for a family who will embrace him as part of their everyday world.

🛟 Bagel‘s Rescue Story

Bagel (previously known as Bone) came into our care after being reluctantly surrendered by his loving grandad. His dad was no longer able to care for him, and his grandad—living in a caravan park while caring full-time for his wife—couldn’t provide leash-free opportunities or the socialisation Bagel needed. At just 15 months old, this was far from ideal. With his grandad’s only wish being the very best for Bagel, he made the heartbreaking decision to entrust us with finding Bagel the forever home he deserves.

🩺 Bagel‘s Medical History

Bagel will be desexed before joining his new family. He is already microchipped, vaccinated, and protected against fleas, ticks, heartworm, and intestinal worms. To the best of our knowledge, Bagel has no pre-existing medical issues.

Bagel is a Beagelier with an extra dash of King Charles Cavalier charm. At approximately 15 months old, he is a cuddle enthusiast who loves being held close. With his lightning-fast tongue, he will shower you with doggy kisses whenever he gets the chance! His calm, gentle nature and love for human attention make him an absolute delight. Bagel is ready to bring joy, love, and endless snuggles to his new forever home.
